Challenge: Improve customer service in dutch pharmacies, in order to make the process more agile and simple.
Solution: Development and export of Wingsys IT005C interactive kiosks. These innovative solutions have been customized with all the necessary components and specific software for the Health area. We made customer service simpler with a ticket system and showing the possible services on the screen.
Results: Thanks to the Wingsys IT005C interactive kiosks, the service is done digitally, allowing optimized queue management in Dutch pharmacies.
