The company's history begins in 1995, with the creation of Famasete - Technology Group, which stood out with the creation of the first multi-touch interactive table in Portugal.
Currently called Wingsys, the brand is recognized in the sector for its quality in the development of innovative software and hardware, but also for the passion applied in each project.
Wingsys was nominated by ANI - National Innovation Agency, for its Innovation & Development character and was distinguished as the “Best Manufacturer of Interactive Solutions in Portugal”. Over the years, the brand was distinguished with many awards all over the world.

Continuously, Wingsys seeks new technological solutions to satisfy the demands and needs the customers. This was distinguished with the SME Innovation and SME Leader awards.
With the TA007 Series, the company was **distinguished with the “Gold Award” **in the prestigious “European Seal of E-Excellence Award” contest, in the Innovative Product / Service category. This contest involved more than 100 companies from around the world in the field of ICT - Information and Communications Technology. The award was given by the European Forum of Excellence in the Digital Economy, at the opening ceremony of CEBIT 2013, a global exhibition of new technologies that takes place every year in Hannover, Germany.
In 2015, in Dubai, Wingsys **won the "Special Award" **at the Digital Signage Summit Mena.
In 2016, Wingsys received the “Selo Famalicão Visão 25” award, given by the Municipality of Vila Nova de Famalicão, where the company is based.
Also earned the diploma of “Cliente Aplauso” from Banco Millennium BCP.
In 2018, Wingsys won the main award of the “Iberian Business Awards 2018”, which gave him the status of Best Manufacturer of Interactive Solutions in Portugal.
In 2019, Wingsys (still as a Famasete - Technology Group) was distinguished by ANI - National Innovation Agency, joining a shortlist of Portuguese companies that stand out for their Research & Development suitability. This distinction, which placed the company at the forefront of the sector, took place at “Tech @ Portugal”, which took place at the Alfândega do Porto Congress Centre.
In 2020, Wingsys joined the world's largest support network for SMEs and startups with growth potential, the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN). Created by the European Commission, the Network currently has 605 partner entities in more than 65 countries, bringing together about 3,000 local specialists.
In 2020, Wingsys products were distinguished with the Portugal Sou Eu seal, awarded by the Portuguese Industrial Association.

Creation of the company Famasete - Technology Group positioned in IT solutions.

The company has its first contact with touch solutions and becomes the No. 1 distributor in Portugal of interactive screens for the Education sector.
Wingsys and Wingbox
Creation of the Wingsys brand and presentation of Wingbox, the first interactive table produced in Portugal.
